Seamless Learning and Minimizing Study Interruptions through an Integrated Educational Platform

ABSTRACT The increasing reliance on digital tools in education has introduced both opportunities and challenges for students, particularly in managing study materials efficiently while minimizing distractions. This paper presents Learnesto, an integrated educational platform designed to streamline the learning process by consolidating essential academic resources within a single interface. Learnesto incorporates a range of features, including advanced file management, note-taking capabilities, deadline tracking, and file format conversion (e.g., web to PDF, PPT to PDF). Additionally, the platform integrates cognitive relief mechanisms, such as interactive board games (e.g., Tic Tac Toe, Sudoku), to promote focus and reduce cognitive fatigue. Unlike conventional tools such as Notion and OneNote, which primarily emphasize file organization, Learnesto offers a comprehensive suite of productivity-enhancing services, facilitating a seamless study experience. By aligning with Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) related to quality education, decent work, and technological innovation, Learnesto seeks to foster effective learning habits and improve accessibility. With the planned development of an Android application, the platform aims to enhance both academic efficiency and personal development in a technologically evolving educational landscape.
