ABSTRACT

Abstract: Freshdesk is an internet cloud-based customer support software providing help desk support with all smart automations to induce things done faster. it's remained a preferred choice for businesses that want to extend customer engagement and manage customers as they scale. An application marketplace is a web store where customers can attend find and buy applications. The Freshdesk Marketplace features a host of apps that job with Freshdesk to enable you to supply complete customer support. Apps are spread across categories and help solve key business problems. they're easy to find and install and might be found within the Apps section in your helpdesk. Sentiment analysis, the automated extraction of expressions of positive or negative attitudes from text has received considerable attention from researchers during the past decade. In addition, the recognition of internet users has been growing fast parallel to emerging technologies; that actively use online review sites, social networks and private blogs to specific their opinions. They harbour positive and negative attitudes about people, organizations, places, events, and ideas. The tools provided by tongue processing and machine learning together with other approaches to figure with large volumes of text, makes it possible to start extracting sentiments from internet. they create positive and negative attitudes about people, products, places and events. These varieties of attitudes are often considered as sentiments. Regular Expressions or Regex could be a versatile tool that each Data Scientist should comprehend. Regex can automate various mundane processing tasks. Regular Expressions are useful for varied practical day to day tasks that an information scientist encounters. they're used everywhere from data pre-processing to tongue processing, pattern matching, web scraping, data extraction and what not. Our project serves the aim of searching for both the positive and negative sentiments or attitude of clients who query through the Freshdesk support platform. the requirement of extracting and processing data of clients is required as our project need is to extract contract number for tickets generated through Freshdesk platform. This paves way for a successful business process.
