ABSTRACT
The Internet of Things (IoT) plays a critical role in linking the surrounding environmental things to networks and making it simple to access those non-internet things from any location. People must update their technology as it advances. The goal of this project is to design and build a real-time monitoring and alarming system using wireless sensors for patient health, particularly for patients who suffer from diseases in their daily lives. An embedded unit (NodeMCU) is attached to a set of medical equipment as well as a wireless communication module in the system. In today's pandemic condition, addressing the daily requirement for service attention and providing facilities becomes a critical duty in preventing patient death. Keeping in mind the problems we face these days, we came up with the idea to prototype a system that will improve the quality of medical services delivered on time, facilitate the proper monitoring of important health parameters by concerned doctors, and assist patients in getting to the hospital and taking the necessary actions. The said project is intended to be constructed utilising a NodeMCU and pulse sensor, as well as a temperature sensor and GPS, as well as a charging battery and wireless modules, which will assist the system to be smaller and more portable. As a result, a low-cost portable medical system for ambulances can be created.
