ABSTRACT : This research paper explores the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in resume analysis for optimizing the recruitment process. Leveraging natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning, we aimed to develop a robust resume analyzer capable of efficiently extracting key information and assessing candidate suitability. Through a diverse set of resumes from various industries and job levels, we analyze the effectiveness of different AI-based approaches and investigate the impact of resume formatting and content on candidate selection outcomes. Our findings aim to enhance hiring efficiency and inform both job seekers and recruiters on best practices in resume presentation and content.
