ABSTRACT The use of an IOT-based and online voting system with fingerprint verification ensures that voting is secure and that malpractice is reduced. The primary objective of this project is to establish a secure and user-friendly smart voting system, addressing the critical aspects of security and safety inherent in the voting process. To achieve a balance between high performance and robust security, the project involves the design and implementation of a web-based voting system incorporating fingerprint and usermid verification. Given the challenges associated with fraud and corruption in smart voting, ongoing studies are dedicated to mitigating concerns related to security and anonymity. The project leverages both IOT and a web page in its approach to crafting an intelligent voting system .A key security feature is the verification of the safest voter password before allowing a vote to be cast. This rigorous authentication process enhances the overall security of the system. Additionally, voters have the ability to verify that their vote has been successfully transmitted to the designated election participant through the utilization of the central database. This approach not only ensures the integrity of the voting process but also provides a user-friendly experience for voters who can confirm the status of their vote through the main database
