INTRODUCTION

MISSING…… our daughter is missing sir…… with heavy heart Mr. and Mrs. Suraj come to a nearby police station where the couple along with their children had been for picnic. Before approaching the police, the couple searched for their daughter in all the nearby places, but could not trace, so they lodged a complaint with the police authority, who started investigation process in the matter.  It’s been more than 8 months now, but there is no either ransom calls from any kidnappers nor any clue or traces of the missing child, on the other side, still the investigation is on.  The pain of losing your beloved one is a heart- wrenching.  In all most all the cities these kinds of crime scenes are often noticed and soon it fades away with the passage of time.  We are lacking in the proper planning and systematic solvation of these kind of heinous crimes.  The kidnappers or the culprit behind the scene may be a victim of the same game, who could not reform themselves and come back to the society due to social stigma in the society. They are used as a pawn for the very purpose of indulging in crime or offence against the men, women and child.
