ABSTRACT This paper proposes a novel Student Management System (SMS) that transcends basic data storage by offering comprehensive student activity tracking and functionalities for managing personal information, academic grades, workload, and more. This centralized system eliminates the need for disparate records, streamlining workflows and data management. The proposed SMS offers numerous benefits, including enhanced communication, improved cost and time efficiency, robust data security with scalability, and the ability to customize functionalities for specific institutional needs. Additionally, the system facilitates in-depth data analysis, insightful reporting, streamlined examination management, and fosters remote and collaborative learning experiences, ultimately creating a more supportive learning environment for student success.
