Studies On Stability And Thermodynamics Of Gd (III) -,Eu(III) -p-Chlorobenzaldehydethiosemicarbazone System

ABSTRACT
Wide application of co-ordination compounds in various field such as medicinal, agricultural, industrial. drugs and pigments etc., it gettingattention from researcher and scientist of the world. Semicarbazone and their derivatives are one the very important legends also called Schiff’s base ,when these legends combine with transition metals such as Zn, Cu, Pt, Pd etc or with Lanthanides metals the co-ordinate compound so obtain shows their importance as anti-bacteria[5]-[7] ,anti-cancer etc [17-[18]]. Coordination such as ruthenium, platinum are anti-cancer drugs, various coordinate compounds of 4f block metals with Schiff’s base ligands have been showed their effective action against the diseases like malaria and Alzheimer’s. Co-ordination compounds are very important antibacterial drugs, now days fertilizers as coordinate compound are also available it shows better adsorption by plants. Due to great use of these complex compounds it is important to know about stability of complex in solid and solution states. In this paper two complexes Gd (III) -, Eu (III) -p-Chlorobenzaldehyde- thiosemicarbazone is selected ,by using pH as an analytical tool ,with the help of Bjerrum equation[8] and graphical method,coordination of metals with legends are determine .to know stability of each steps equilibrium constants are determine ,finally thermodynamics parameters such as enthalpy, entropy and free energy of formation also determine.
