Study of Factors Affecting on Employee’s Job Satisfaction in Mining Industries in Southern Rajasthan

ABSTRACT
Job satisfaction embodies a grouping of positive or negative approaches that workers have towards their work. Job satisfaction also signifies the level to which expectations are and match the real awards. Job satisfaction is regularly related with motivation, but the nature of this relationship is unclear. Job satisfaction is extra of an attitude, an internal state. In this work researchers examinedfactors affecting on job satisfaction for employees in mining industries in Southern Rajasthan. This work also covered detail study of job satisfaction for employees in mining industries in Southern Rajasthan. From the result of the present work it can be concluded that job satisfaction for employees in mining companies is directly plays major role for their retention too.
