Suggesting an Alternative Method in Place of Traditional Factor Rating Method to limit the Error Possibility due to Its Qualitative Nature to Some Extent

This paper will analysis the errors that occurs due to biased human behaviour due to experience in Factor rating method of Location selection. With the help a case study the paper will also discuss the reason for it and how due to different understanding as well as experience of the persons performing Factor rating method, their factor consideration will also differ. An alternate method will also be suggested in this paper to reduce human biased behaviour to some extent and reduce the error while performing Location selection method. The alternate method suggested here is similar to Factor Rating method but is more qualitative in nature.
