ABSTRACT

The purpose of the project is to use an Arduino board to measure solar energy. Temperature, light intensity, voltage, and current are the characteristics that will be measured in this project. The temperature is measured by the temperature sensor, while the light intensity is measured by the LDR sensor. Because the voltage generated by the solar panel is too high for the Arduino to handle, the voltage was measured using a voltage divider. Finally, the current will be measured with the help of a current sensor module that detects the current created by the solar panel. These parameters receive the Arduino’s input value and display the output on the LCD screen. The temperature, voltage, and current value are all displayed on the LCD panel. The Arduino’s purpose is to convert the parameter's analogue input to digital output and display it on the LCD screen.
