ABSTRACT The Transition metal oxide nanostructure materials (NSM) have unique and colorful properties based on its size and condition during synthesis procedure. In present work NiO NSM were prepared by Advance Co-precipitation Method with different calcinations tempr and appropriate amount (w/w%) mixed with glucose. The calcined samples were studied by employing various tools such as XRD, UV-Vis–NIR, FTIR, HRTEM & Fluorescence and term have as usual meaning. The X- Rays diffraction study shows that NiO-pure nanostructure material appeared as FCC crystalline in nature and with grain size 21nm, 27nm& 35nm at calcinations temperature473K, 673K, 873K and 1073K respectively. The IR-spectroscopy results reveals that slight blue shift occur with rise of tempr . The UVVis spectroscopy and Tauc plot of results observed that the optical band gap in range of 2.85eV-3.32eV and materials are suitable for photo catalysis. ∆Eg decreases with increase of size of NSM.
