ABSTARCT Cancer remains one of the most prevalent non-communicable diseases globally, contributing significantly to the rising incidence of morbidity and mortality. Despite concerted efforts to mitigate its impact, cancer continues to present formidable challenges to healthcare systems worldwide. In recent years, research focusing on artificial intelligence (AI) has experienced rapid growth, with its integration into healthcare services and medical research expanding at an exponential rate. The application of AI across domains such as medical imaging, genomic analysis, and pathology has not only enhanced diagnostic accuracy but has also introduced innovative, less invasive approaches to cancer screening. Application of AI improves goal‐concordant care, decrease cancer mortality rates, and increase workflow efficiency and scope of care. AI-powered models and algorithms have enhanced computer aided drug design (CADD), offering unprecedented precision in identifying potential anticancer compounds. The present review focuses enlisting the applications of artificial intelligence in various commonly occurring cancers.
