ABSTRACT
Digitization has recently become widely prevalent in all facets of contemporary culture. Authentication is one method for keeping this process secure. Authentication applies to many aspects of the digital world, including communications, online payments, and access rights administration. To establish a safe authentication system, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) combines different authentication techniques. MFA boosts authentication security by introducing an additional layer of protection. This paper analyses the gaps in the currently used techniques for user authentication with the system. The user-perspective difficulties are detailed in the survey. The suggested solution involves using graphical passwords that are simple to remember over time, as a third factor in authentication.
