To Determine the dimensions of a object in Real Time

ABSTRACT

We use the existing OpenCV[1] Functions to detect the objects and collect  the data through a camera. First we collect data for known objects i.e the objects for which we know the dimensions. After which we take or collect the samples , and create a data set where , we estimate the real life dimensions of the objects. This model teaches us to take pictures of the objects recognize and create a model that estimates the dimensions of the objects.

The model is dependent on the OpenCV[1] Libraries if, the algorithm is taught a better variety of pictures and objects then the dimensions would be more accurate.
