ABSTRACT This research project investigates the factors influencing corporate client decision-making at Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport, a key player in the competitive hospitality market surrounding Mumbai’s major international airport. Given Mumbai’s role as a crucial business and travel hub, particularly for corporate clients, this study focuses on understanding how Holiday Inn can enhance its corporate relations and sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge. By analyzing the current marketing and service strategies, comparing them with those of nearby competitors, and assessing the impact of corporate relations on sales growth, the research aims to provide actionable insights. The study combines both qualitative and quantitative data, drawing from surveys of corporate clients, interviews with hotel management, and secondary data from industry reports. Findings from the research will guide Holiday Inn in refining its business strategies, with particular attention to improving digital marketing, leveraging infrastructure developments, and tailoring services to better meet the needs of corporate travelers. Ultimately, the research seeks to support Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport in strengthening its market position amidst intense competition from established hotels like Lemon Tree, Radisson Blu, Orchid, Courtyard by Marriott, and Hilton.
