In this proposal will show technical for produce 2 phase covid19 universal vaccine and Nano drug for treatment covid19.

In Nano drug by blocking mutation in JAK2 gene avoided plaque blood and stroke or bleeding ,blocking obtain energy by DAG cycles and inositol , blocking disulphide bond in GPCRs and changed feed back mechanism for growth hormone Vaccine have 2 phase  , 1^st phase by biotech absorbed covid19 to AcNPV and cloning HR gene of spike for increase Ab such IgG ,IgM for 60 days , 2^nd phase by changed shape of virus by HGF in MDCK culture and increase multiplicity can obtain receptor such PD-L1 or PD_L2 make TCR signal in low dose , build up universal covud19 vaccine .
