ABSTRACT
This Project Aims To Investigate The Effectiveness Of Using Waste Plastic Bottle Strips And Marble Dust Powder To Increase The Density Of Black Cotton Soil. Black Cotton Soil, Also Known As Expansive Clay Soil, Is Characterized By Its High Shrinkage And Swelling Potential, Which Can Lead To Significant Structural And Stability Issues In Construction Projects. By Incorporating Waste Plastic Bottle Strips And Marble Dust Powder Into The Soil, It Is Hypothesized That The Soil's Density Can Be Improved, Thereby Mitigating Its Problematic Properties. The Project Involves Laboratory Experimentation, Analysis Of Soil Samples, And Comparison Of The Results With Control Samples.
Keywords: Black Cotton Soil, Subgrade Stabilization, Pozzolanic Reaction, Plastic Waste, Pet, Atterberg Limit, Pycnometer, Omc, Mdd, Cbr, Unconfined Compressive Strength.
