ABSTRACT

Despite of many laws adopted for protection of woman, still justice is denied for them. The major hindrance is that woman rights in India is hostile because the law is not actually interested in giving them any rights, even if they do so, it is not implemented. The major root cause to figure out why these crimes are committed against women would help us to find a solution to reduce the crimes rates against woman. The research paper also identifies various theories and crimes committed pertaining to women.
