ABSTRACT A “Virtual Mouse Using Hand Gesture” system is an advanced version of computer vision algorithms to translate hand movements captured by a camera to move mouse cursor actions on the desktop such as left click, right click, folder open, dragging, etc. It allows user to navigate and interact with their devices naturally through gestures. This paper reviews the methodologies, algorithms and hardware employed in the development of virtual mouse. The advancement of Human-PC Communication (HCI) has presented creative and natural ways to deal with interacting with innovation. One such progression is the advancement of virtual mouse frameworks using hand motions, which expect to supplant customary info gadgets like actual mice.
