ABSTRACT
Agile methodology is one of the most important and widely used software development life cycles. On contrary to waterfall model, V-model, spiral model, agile has a better control of projects. During Agile practices of the teams and organizations agile project management tools are the most frequently used tool. The agile practices also needs stand up meetings which should be conducted daily to understand the flow and completion status of the project undertaken. The use of agile dashboards leads to achieve speed and efficiency. The quality of final product is mostly related with project management. Accordingly, the report provides brief comparative perspective about my agile product management tool which is specially designed for Agile Meetings. Agile project management tools have been designed to help agile developers to plan and manage their tasks and to conduct meetings by sharing links in an efficient manner. Taiga, Axosoft, Agielan, Planbox are the start up projects. And most widely used and popular tools are Jira, Trello and Version One. Some common drawbacks of these tools are that they have highly complicated User Interface and there is no way to communicate with the team. And the problem has been solved in my product management tool by integrating email server and chat server. This study was conducted by investigating 20 published papers related to dashboards and agile methodology. The study showed that the dashboard is used for planning, monitoring, communication, consistency, and analysis. The dashboard's purposes can also be distinguished on the basis of their common features. These findings can serve as a proper guide for all the developers in designing a better dashboard with accuracy.
