ABSTRACT

This project proposes the web monitoring of a solar-powered Brushless Direct Current (BLDC)motor with closed-loop speed control. Due to its superiority over motors with counterparts, brushless DC motors are becoming increasingly used in industrial applications. The hardware setup includes a solar panel, a portion of the controller board, and a portion of the inverter board, as well as the MPPT algorithm, MOSFET driver circuit, and communication module. The low-cost PIC microcontroller 16F877a can regulate the BLDC motor speed. To change the duty cycle of the motor, we used a PIC microcontroller coded in Embedded C. The Internet of Things is utilized for the communication module, which is used to monitor the machine's operational state (IoT). The parameters can be monitored by industrial personnel utilizing IOT, which is provided with unique login credentials as part of the proposed system.
