Women Education in India: A Detailed Analysis

ABSTRACT Evidence across region’s in the world reveals pattern in school enrolment ratios and literacy that are divided along gender lines. Women education is a crucial need to exchange their position in the society. Educated women can play a vital role in the community for socio-economic evolution. Education put an end to inequalities and disparities as the way of getting regaining one’s strength in the social position within and out of their families. It is an important element for women prosperity, empowerment, welfare and development. Education provides more firmness to women. Such sturdiness comes from the process of empowerment and empowerment in a person finds its way through education. Rising levels of education improves women’s productivity in the home which in turn can increase family health, child survival and the investment in children’s human capital. Education plays a remarkable role in women’s empowerment, liability and inequality of women in the society of the countryIndia. The social benefit from women’s education ranges from fostering economic growth to extending the average life expectancy in the population, to improving the functioning of political process. This paper is an attempt to capture the appearing picture with high regard to women’s education in India.
