ABSTRACT
The engine, like the main engine, is the important part of the car. Currently, a lot of research is being done to improve. There are several research papers that propose new dimensional models and manufacturing techniques for engine pistons. The aim of this work is to study the thermal and compositional behavior of the piston, and the change of gas pressure conditions using different super alloys. The piston model was generated using CATIA and the analysis is performed in ANSYS software. In this study, various super alloys are used as materials that have different thermal conductivity and density.
