Digital Preservation, Indexing and Archiving Policy

 

IJARESM is committed to best indexing services and for the long-term preservation of its published content. To ensure permanent access and archiving, all published articles are deposited in trusted digital preservation services.

 

Our current archiving methods include:

 

• Internet Archive: All published articles are uploaded to the Internet Archive, a global digital library committed to free access and preservation of digital content.

IJARESM is also exploring inclusion in services such as PKP PN, LOCKSS, and CLOCKSS for broader preservation.

 

 

Self-Archiving & Repository Policy

 

IJARESM encourages authors to share their research as widely as possible. We permit the following versions of articles to be deposited in institutional and subject-based repositories, including personal and academic websites:

Allowed Versions for Deposit:

• Pre-print version (before peer review)

• Post-print version (after peer review, before formatting)

• Published version (PDF) (final formatted version)

Terms:

• Authors must include full citation to the IJARESM published version.

• A link to the article on the IJARESM website should be provided.

• Archived copies must acknowledge IJARESM and the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License (CC BY 4.0).

This policy supports Green Open Access and ensures compliance with funder and institutional mandates.

 

IJARESM supports all types of international indexing platforms, not limited to:
