Integrated Problem Solving Competency: Concept, Importance and Pedagogical Approaches

ABSTRACT
The aim of this paper is to help the learners to develop Integrated Problem Solving competency so that they become proficient enough to relate topics to the sustainability paradigm effectively. This paper also aims at providing the learners with a deeper understanding on how to relate content to sustainable development and using various pedagogical approaches to develop integrated problem solving competency. The paper describes the integrated problem-solving competency in detail along with its curricular implications for school education. A few case studies and pedagogical approaches have also been included to provide better clarity of the concept.
