The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) is transforming this landscape by accelerating processes, enhancing precision, and reducing overall expenses. This review explores the multifaceted applications of AI across the pharmaceutical lifecycle—from drug discovery and development to manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and personalized medicine. In drug discovery, AI facilitates target identification, virtual screening, de novo drug design, and predictive modelling, significantly boosting early-stage success rates.
