ABSTRACT Objectives: To assess the knowledge regarding prevention and care of low birth weight babies among antenatal mothers in selected hospital. ii) To associate the findings with demographic variables. Assumption Antenatal mothers may have some knowledge regarding prevention and care of low birth weight (LBW) babies. Hypothesis This study is hypothesis generating study hence no hypothesis stated in this study. Method: Research Design Descriptive survey research design, Sampling TechniqueNon probability convenient sampling technique, Sample size 100 antenatal mothers, Research ApproachQuantitative research approach.
