ABSTRACT

In this paper, a Four-Stage Collaborative Human-AI Framework is introduced that can improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process while maintaining ethical supervision and a positive experience for job seekers. The framework features the use of a combination of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and human decision making in four stages: Outreach, Screening, Evaluation and Engagement.
