ABSTRACT Digestive health plays a central role in Ayurveda, where proper digestion (Agni) is regarded as the foundation of wellness. Among traditional remedies, herbal decoctions made from Cuminum cyminum (cumin), Foeniculum vulgare (fennel), and Coriandrum sativum (coriander) have been widely used for centuries as a natural digestive tonic. This project investigates the formulation, preparation, phytochemical properties, and gastrointestinal benefits of a cumin-fennel-coriander decoction. Each of these herbs is recognized in classical Ayurvedic texts for its carminative, antispasmodic, and anti-inflammatory properties. Cumin is known to stimulate pancreatic enzymes, fennel relieves bloating and indigestion, while coriander acts as a mild diuretic and cooling agent. Together, they create a synergistic effect promoting digestion, alleviating flatulence, and restoring gut balance. This study includes a detailed analysis of the pharmacognostical and phytochemical characteristics of the decoction, alongside a review of relevant literature and modern scientific validation. The decoction may serve as a complementary approach to managing common digestive disorders and improving gut health naturally
