A Review Development and Optimization of UV- Visible Soectroscopy

ABSTRACT

UV-Vis spectroscopy is the term used for the analytical evaluation of the different types of the solvents and substance. UV-visible spectrometer have been general use for the last 37 years.UV spectroscopy or UV-visible spectrophometry (UV-vis or UV/vis) refers to absorption spectroscopy or reflectance spectroscopy in part of the ultraviolet and the Full adjacent visible region of the electromagnetic spectrum. Method of analysis is based on measuring the absorption of a  onochromatic light by colorless solution in the near ultraviolet path of a spectrum (200- 400). Spectroscopy is generally preferred especially by small-scale industries as the cost of the equipment is less and the maintenance problem are minimum. The pharmaceutical analysis consist of the procedure necessary to determine the "identity , Strength, Quality and Purity" of such compounds.
