ABSTRACT Arum palestinum is an important medicinal plant belonging to the family Araceae. It is basically found in North America, North Africa, Europe and Australia. It is an Ancient medicine that is generally used in Cancer. The aim of this review gives the information about the bioactive compounds and phytochemicals such as phenolics, carotenoides and flavonoids are naturally found in Arum palestinum Boiss which act as defense mechanism against various types of cancer cell lines and also act as antioxidant and anti inflammatory in human being such as Lung cancer, Breast cancer, Liver cancer, Prostate, Colorectal cancer as well as Stomach cancer. Such types of investigations are characterized of these bioactive compounds potential is vital.
