A Review on Evaporative Cooling System for Effective Application

ABSTRACT

To preserve fruits and vegetables in their fresh form, it requires chemical, bio-chemical and physiological stability by controlling temperature and humidity. An evaporative cooling economically efficient and well-known method which reduces the temperature and increases relative humidity. This paper covers detail description of evaporative cooling process, need of evaporative cooling system, its different methods and its design considerations.
