A Study on Building a Sustainable Employee Engagement Model in Remote Work Environment for Retention Practices

ABSTRACT In the wake of rapid digital transformation and evolving work dynamics, remote work has become a standard practice across industries. While it offers flexibility and productivity benefits, it also presents significant challenges in maintaining employee engagement, motivation, and organizational culture. This paper explores the purpose of developing a sustainable employee engagement model tailored for remote work environments, aiming to foster collaboration, well-being, and long-term productivity. Structured questionnaires were used to gather primary data from the employees and secondary data is collected from research papers, journals, research scholars. This study employs a descriptive research design.The sample size of 150 has been determined using morgan table. Tools used in this study Mann whitney, Kruskal- wallis H test.
