A Study on Cultural Diversity and It’s Influence on the Organizational Culture

ABSTRACT This study aimed to establish an understanding of cultural diversity and organizational culture, while examining the influence of cultural diversity on the latter. Moreover, it sought to highlight gender differences in both aspects. A purposive sample of 110 individuals, comprising females, males, and others, was selected. Participants completed a questionnaire with 15 items each on cultural diversity and organizational culture, featuring closedended questions. Data analysis involved descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation.
