A Study on Current and Future Issues in Businesses

ABSTRACT

Business is backbone of any country’s economy. We all live in rapidly changing environment especially for businesses. Various marketing strategies, advertising methods, cross cultural dynamics, gender issues, rapidly changing in technology and competition are faced by the business organization every day. In future what technology will come and how it will be handled due to rapid change nobody knows. Government policies also play an important role for any business or industry. Mainly there are on three levels challenges are faced by the business organizations, like on Top management level, Middle management level and Operational level. This study focuses on analyzing and interpreting the probable changes in the business environment.
