A Study on Customer Satisfaction and Preference towards Indian Oil Petrol Bunk

ABSTRACT India's top-selling branded gasoline, Indian Oil Petrol, has been enhanced with friction busters a new generation of multipurpose additives that stop deposits in the combustion chamber. Indian oil is specifically made to provide better acceleration, more power, increased mileage, improved engine cleanliness, and less pollutant. I have attempted to evaluate Indian oil gasoline usage patterns and consumer awareness in this study. The choice to buy or not to buy could be the response. Currently, automakers are offering unbelievable deals and incentives to increase the volume of sales. This encourages people to buy more cars, which raise fuel consumption as well as the number of vehicles purchased by individuals.
