A Study on Educational Impact of Social Media On College Rural Girls with Special Reference To Kotagiri Taluk

ABSTRACT

India is the third greatest country as far as web clients inside the world, with a high social and portable crowd.  Social networking sites like Facebook. Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram, and so forth fun understudies from their investigations.Students spend more time on social media than they do the usage of non-public email. Even though there is a lack of privateness and safety, social media provides opportunities for connecting with friends, classmates, and people with a shared interest. However, college students can make the most of this and use it for a higher tomorrow. It must be used to connect, stay in touch share views however not waste time on. As we have been living in a networking era, the first-rate increase of the net has high effect on the improvement of the college students in which they net and socialize. During this era, verbal exchange is the most famous term(Rithika M. Sara Selvaraj 2013)This research paper ambitions to quantify the young mind’s belief and thinking about the effect of the mass media these days to be beneficial and helping them to better apprehend the environment they're acting in or because the Generation –Z born on internet the researcher indicates both fantastic and negative impact of mass media on young girl’s training and their decision –making skills (Laurentiu- Mihai 2017It boldly attempts to signify appropriate measures for improving the quality of life of the youngsters at massive via mass media.Thus, the researcher attempts to study the Educational impact of social media among rural based female college students in Kotagiri Taluk.
