A Study on Emplopyment Motivation and Its Impact on Employee Performance in Wipro

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted to investigate the impact of job satisfaction affect performance of Wipro employee the date of this study was quantitative collected through questionnaire from 268 respondents from different Wipro companies of Bengali city. The results of the current study reveal that there is a significant positive relationship between job satisfactions with employee performance. The study also discusses. The recommendation for future research. influence of supervisor support, healthy working environment, proper work-life balance, career opportunities and promotion, proper training and development opportunities are furthermore part from salary, it has been found the the e very important factors for determining employee’s job satisfaction.Data is collected using questionnaires from 50 Bharat Heavy Electrical s Limited employees who are randomly selected from the Wipro Tiruchirappalli. Simple random sampling method was used in the studyto select the sample. Reliability test, Principal Component Analysis, Independent Samples t-test, ANOVA and Mean Comparison test were used for analyzing the data.
