ABSTRACT

Over the 20 year of times, use of energy drinks has drastically increased, especially among adolescents and youthful people. Energy drinks are aggressively announced with the pledge that they would offer you further energy and raise your internal and physical performance. There are not numerous exploration, however, that back over these assertions. In reality, there have been a number of negative health impacts linked to energy drinks, raising enterprises about their safety. This exploration was conducted to find and assay the published papers that looked at the positive and negative health impacts of energy drinks. Conclusion Although energy drinks may ameliorate physical performance, these products also run the threat of having negative health impacts. Energy drink advertising should be confined or banned until independent studies demonstrate its safety, especially for teens.
