A Study on Grasp Clothing’s Employee Training Programs on Skill Enhancement With Reference To Coimbatore City

ABSTRACT The study seeks to understand how employer training programs affect the improved skills and performance among employees at Grasp Clothing, a major player in Coimbatore's textile landscape. With the advent and speed of change in what the market requires and new technologies, it is crucial for companies to offer their workforce a way to keep abreast with continuous skills enhancement. This Study aimed to find how effective training programs in Grasp Clothing improve the productivity of employees, satisfaction in job and performance of overall organization. Methodology: Study used qualitative and quantitative comprehensive surveys, interviews in employees, performance data analysis to be gleaned from the mining of information. Research is aimed at just the employees of Grasp Clothing in Coimbatore to determine what types of training they are receiving, whether that training is working and what is the efficacy of these programs towards skill development.
