A Study On Stress Management In The Banking Sector

ABSTRACT The banking sector become highly demanding and dynamic owing to technological advancements, and regulatory challenges.Consequently, workers in the banking industry frequently experience high levels of stress, which negatively affects their health and productivity. This study explores the particular stressors that are common in the banking industry, such as work overload, job ambiguity, and client expectations, and how they affect the worker’s physical and mental health.To control and lessen employee stress inside the company, stress management is crucial. The paper discusses the relationship between stress and job performance, and various stress management strategiesthat are beneficial for worker’s physical and mental health such as focused training campaigns, flexible work schedules, and staff wellness programs.Understanding the causes, and consequences of stress as well as stress-reduction strategies among banking employees is the aim of the proposed study.
