A Study on the Effectiveness of Total Quality Management in Rasee Packaging Industries

ABSTRACT This study investigates the effectiveness of Total Quality Management (TQM) practices at Rasee Packaging Industries, a key player in the packaging sector. The research aims to evaluate the impact of TQM on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance. Using a mixed-method approach, data was collected through surveys, interviews, and company reports. The findings reveal that TQM has significantly improved production processes, reduced downtime, and enhanced product quality through tools like 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma. Customer satisfaction has also increased, with high ratings for product consistency and timely delivery. Furthermore, employee engagement and skill development initiatives have fostered a collaborative and innovative work culture. The study concludes that the successful implementation of TQM has strengthened the company’s competitive position and recommends continuous improvement and integration of emerging quality technologies for sustained growth.
