A Syudy on Satisfaction Level of the Employees on the Various Welfare Facilities Provided by Dr. Reddy’s Pharmaceutical Company

These welfare activities are very helpful to meet the employee needs and wants. The present study is going know the employee satisfaction towards welfare activities and to know the various employee welfare activities provided by Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories pharmaceutical company. To study the current welfare measures adopted by the organization. Employees satisfaction level of welfare facilities means “To take care of workers by employers, trade unions and governmental agencies. It is removing dissatisfaction and to develop loyalty in workers towards the organization. Welfare facilities help in motivating and retaining employee within the organization. This includes arrangements for protection from dangerous machines, extreme temperatures, firefighting, chemicals.” Research design used in descriptive in nature. Data collected for this study is by questionnaire method. A sample of 100 respondents are selected through a simple random sampling method. As a result, employees fully satisfying with welfare facilities and they want that company should maintain there working condition.
