Author Name : Ms Shaily Mishra, Siya Desai, Rmi Jagani
ABSTRACT Addiction is a complex, chronic condition influenced by biological, psychological, and environmental factors. Using qualitative thematic analysis of secondary data, surveys, interviews, and institutional reports, the research explores how addictive behaviours alter brain chemistry, impair physical and mental health, and disrupt social functioning.
