AI-Based Automated Incident Management Systems for High-Availability Cloud Services

ABSTRACT As cloud computing becomes a fundamental component of modern business infrastructure, the demand for uninterrupted service availability has risen dramatically. The increasing complexity and scale of cloud environments have introduced new challenges in incident management. Traditional methods, which often rely on manual processes and human intervention, are no longer sufficient to ensure the reliability and uptime that organizations require. In response to these challenges, AI-based automated incident management systems have emerged as a transformative solution. These systems leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) algorithms to monitor, detect, and resolve incidents in real-time, significantly reducing downtime and enhancing the overall reliability of cloud services. By proactively identifying potential issues before they escalate into major failures, AIdriven incident management systems ensure that critical cloud services remain available to users, even in the face of complex technical problems.
