AI Powered College Website Automation and Multilingual Chatbot

ABSTRACT EduSite is an AI-powered college website automation and multilingual chatbot system designed to improve communication in academic institutions. Traditional websites require manual updates, which cause delays in notices and announcements. Existing chatbots provide only basic FAQ responses and are limited to English. EduSite integrates Natural Language Processing (NLP) for admin-based website updates and a multilingual chatbot with Retrieval- Augmented Generation (RAG) to answer queries accurately. This Stage-1 report includes problem statement, objectives, literature survey, and proposed design.
