All About Semantic Search Engine: New Approach of Search Retrieval

ABSTRACT

Information explosion over the web gives a challenge to traditional search engines to retrieve exact content relevant to search query. But, due to keyword based search technology confined them only retrieval of huge data without understanding the context of content.  To overcome these challenges there was a need to evolve Search Engine as Semantic Search Engine (SSE) to increase the accuracy of the information retrieval system. This paper tries to discuss various available SSE and the technology they use to parse the web content to understand the context and retrieve meaningful information according to the needs of the users.
