An Analysis on Scope of Thrift Shopping Among Gen-Z

ABSTRACT
India has always been a country of thrift and reuse, with the countries culture of recycling and reusing things from everyday use. Presently, India's population is estimated to be 1.3 billion, contributing to their rapid development.
The country has developed many models for online shopping. They are also developing new models like "Thrift Store India" which has been created by a team of six individuals as a response to the rise of the Physical living style and how that affects the way people interact with goods. Thrift store is an experience marketplace where people can buy unique products while supporting a cause at the same time unlike e-commerce sites which focus solely on buying items in bulk quantities at discounted rates. Generation Z is the largest demographic in history with over 75% of youth belonging to this group according to Pew Research Center's 2015 data.
