Keeping in view this statement, various regions should take into account the formulation of special laws and government should focus on captivating the foreign investors to invest in infrastructure first of all and then to the other sectors of the economy. Telecommunication is a sector with substantial impacts and influence on national security, social stability and economic development. Telecom sector of India which was under huge debt has got relief as telecom commission has approved to raise the FDI capital from 74% to 100%.
